On a desert planet where everyone is really hot and sweaty, people have decided to have huge water gun battles to cool off. It’s all in good fun and everyone is refreshed, but there’s only so much water from the water spirits to go around! Can Vash, who is actually a water spirit, convince the people to conserve water and use it more rationally, or will his evil twin, Spoons take away the water forever?
